The Glove Master Series of EMP equipment is available in various levels of Servo automation to meet your budgetary needs. With the thermal die movements timed to the pre-printed web, PE gloves are properly placed and maintained with consistency.

Glove Master 250 - Economical yet reliable, the GM250 relies on VFD Controls for the main drive. Web length and position are maintained through a EMP Model 250 System operating with a EMP Double Differential Transmission and PIV.

Glove Master 1100 - With a Series 1100 Servo Registration System, the GM2000 eliminates the DDT/PIV transmission system. Similar to the GM250, VFD Controls are used on the main drive.

Glove Master 3/4000 - Depending upon the number of Thermal Dies, EMP equips the GM with 3 to 4 Servo motors. The GM3/4000 also includes valuable features such as a guided web threader and automatic unwind lift stand to assist the operator.

Pneumatic Unwind Lift Stand - Rated up to 300+ lbs, a single-operator can setup and run the machine alone.

Guided Web Threading - Available only on the GM4000, the web to be fed and guided through the entire machine without exposing the operator to pinch points.

Automatic Temperature Controller - Using thermal sensors, the actual temperature of each die is actively monitored and adjusted.

Ultra-Sonic Unwind Monitoring - Using U-S Sensors, an alarm is sent to the control panel when the unwind roll's diameter reaches a set minimum.
